PHX Hydration Energy Ambassador Activation: Brand Ambassador Activation

One 11 Brands is seeking a dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassador – Field Sales. This part-time hourly role is critical to building awareness and connection to One 11 Brands' new product launches by fostering meaningful consumer connections. The position is ongoing, starting Monday, January 5th.

This role requires travel to assigned locations within a designated area. Available locations include:

• Connecticut: Hartford, New Haven
• Rhode Island: Providence
• New York: Albany, Long Island
• Massachusetts: Worcester, Springfield
• New Jersey: Newark
• Ohio: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus
• Pennsylvania: Pittsburgh

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting One 11 Brands products and achieving activation goals. Your responsibilities will range from in-store retail support, event execution, and sampling demos to marketing and influencer support. You will build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell One 11 products, and execute sampling events. You will also act as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, hosting events, and leveraging social media and other tools to promote sales within the community. Developing positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel, is essential. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating agility and intent to drive results, maintaining actionable weekly communication with your direct manager, and reporting results, photos, and feedback from all store visits to designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Personable with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Possesses tactical selling techniques.
• Works well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40 lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Required: Brand Ambassador, Fully Speak/Understand English, In Store Demonstrator, Driver's License.
