Overview
The Infinity Marketing Team is hiring Field Market Staff for an innovative lead generation program in Dayton, Ohio. This initiative runs through October 2025 and involves creating customized bobblehead activations in over 20 markets. Consumers will have the opportunity to receive a free competitive insurance quote from a Fortune 50 company in exchange for a personalized bobblehead featuring their image!
Responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Event Setup: Arrange the activation space, including tents and all necessary equipment.
- Event Activation: Facilitate consumer registration, capture photos, and distribute bobbleheads.
- Event Strike: Dismantle the activation displays and assist in loading event materials into the truck at the end of each event.
- Ensure smooth operations in both local and surrounding areas during event days.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Willingness to travel or commute for events scheduled primarily from Thursday through Sunday.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort with using iPads/tablets for engagement activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with consumers and fellow team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from events.
Please note: This position is a 1099 contractor role; a background check is required, which includes criminal record checks and a prohibited parties search.
