About This Role

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking highly motivated Field Marketing Staff for a Brand Ambassador role in the Dayton, Ohio market. This engaging opportunity involves a lead generation program featuring a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation. The program will run in over 20 markets through October 2025. Consumers will have the chance to create a customized bobblehead with their own face in exchange for registering to receive a free competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided to Field Market Staff prior to their first activation.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup: Precisely setting up activation spaces, including tents and other essential assets.
  • Event Activation: Managing registration, taking photos, and redeeming bobbleheads for participants.
  • Event Strike: Efficiently breaking down the activation display and securely loading the event kit back into the box truck.
Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities. The program timeline is from May 1st through October 19th, 2025.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and/or commute to various event locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • This is a 1099 contractor position.
  • The schedule is varied throughout the program, with most events occurring Thursday through Sunday.
  • Proficient with iPads and/or tablets for event operations.
  • Very comfortable with consumer engagement and interacting with the public.
  • Possess excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
  • Reliable transportation to and from events is essential.
Out-of-market travel opportunities are available, with per diem and lodging provided. Some manual labor is required during setup and tear-down processes. Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times during events.

Compensation:

Per diem, gas stipend, and lodging will be provided for out-of-market travel opportunities.All applicants will be required to pass a background check. This background check shall include, at a minimum: (i) national, state, and county (or equivalent) criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed by the individual and/or discovered by the Agency; (ii) a prohibited parties search.
