PHX Hydration Brand Ambassador Activation

One 11 Brands is seeking dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassadors – Field Sales to build meaningful consumer connections and drive awareness for our new product launches.

This is a part-time hourly position with ongoing opportunities starting Monday, January 5th.

We are hiring in the following locations:

• CT: Hartford, New Haven
• RI: Providence
• NY: Albany, Long Island
• MA: Worcester, Springfield
• NJ: Newark
• OH: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus
• PA: Pittsburgh

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote One 11 Brands products and achieve activation goals.
• Travel to assigned locations to visit retail stores, build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell One 11 products, and execute sampling events.
• Provide in-store retail support, event execution, sampling demos, and marketing and influencer support.
• Act as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, hosting events, leveraging social media, and promoting sales within the community.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel as well as key distributor personnel.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, driving results with agility and intent.
• Maintain actionable weekly communication with your direct manager.
• Report results, photos, and feedback from all store visits to designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma.
• Personable with strong communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in tactical selling techniques.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be able to fully speak/understand English.
• Experience as an In-Store Demonstrator is required.
• Must possess a Driver's License.
