PHX Hydration Field Sales Activation

One 11 Brands is seeking dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our team. This is a crucial role focused on building meaningful consumer connections and driving awareness for One 11 Brands' new product launches.

This is a part-time, hourly position with an anticipated start date of Monday, January 5th, and will be on-going. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote One 11 Brands products and achieve activation goals.
• Travel to assigned locations within a designated area to visit retail stores, build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell One 11 products, and execute sampling events.
• Execute various activities including in-store retail support, event execution, sampling demos, marketing, and influencer support.
• Act as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, hosting events, and leveraging social media and other tools to promote sales within the community.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, moving with agility and intent to drive results.
• Maintain actionable weekly communication with direct manager.
• Report results, photos, and feedback from all store visits to designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma.
• Personable with strong communication skills.
• Relationship building skills.
• Tactical selling techniques.
• Works well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40 lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be a Brand Ambassador with the ability to fully speak and understand English.
• Experience as an In-Store Demonstrator.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
