Fortune 50 Bobblehead Activation

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking dedicated Field Market Managers for an exciting lead generation program. This initiative involves a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation in over 20 markets, scheduled from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. Consumers will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a customized bobblehead featuring their likeness. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided to the Field Market Manager during program training. Two Field Market Managers, supported by three to four Field Market Staff, will collaborate on setup, activation, strike, and loading the event kit. Events will encompass your home market and surrounding cities. Any out-of-market travel opportunities will include a per diem and lodging. This is a 1099 contractor position. The schedule is varied, with most events occurring Thursday through Sunday. Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times. Some manual labor for setup and tear down is required. Interviews will commence in January, involving two interviews, reference checks, and a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Establishing the activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Managing registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Disassembling the activation display and loading it into a box truck.
• Market Management: Overseeing truck management, general maintenance, field team, asset, and inventory management, restocking, and on-site event management.
• Administrative Work: Completing event recaps, managing email/phone communications, and expense reporting.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Highly comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
