About the Opportunity
Infinity Marketing Team is looking for enthusiastic Field Market Staff to join our lead generation program in Nashville. This program runs through October 2025 and includes a creative bobblehead activation designed to engage consumers and offer them a competitive insurance quote from a Fortune 50 company.
Field Market Staff will have events that include setting up activation spaces, engaging with consumers, and coordinating the redemption of customized bobbleheads with the consumer's photo during events. All necessary materials and supplies for event setups will be supplied during the Program training.
Responsibilities
- Event Setup: Prepare the activation space, including tents and other assets.
- Event Activation: Handle registration, take photos, and manage redemption of bobbleheads.
- Event Strike: Dismantle the activation display and load it back into the truck after the event.
- Ensure effective consumer engagement and communication with team members and management.
Program Details
- Training is scheduled for April 28-29, 2025.
- Events typically held from Thursday to Sunday.
- Out-of-market travel opportunities, including per diem and lodging.
- Position is a 1099 contractor role, and willingness to travel/commute is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and contribute to manual labor during setup and teardown is required.
