Fortune Insurance Bobblehead Promotion

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking Field Market Staff in the Nashville market for an exciting lead generation program. This initiative involves a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation across more than 20 markets, running through October 2025. Consumers will have the opportunity to receive a free competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a customized bobblehead featuring their face.

All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided to Field Market Staff during program training. Each event will be staffed by three to four individuals responsible for setup, activation, strike, and loading the event kit. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities.

The program timeline is from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. A local two-day training session will be held on April 28th - 29th, 2025.

• Event Setup: Setting up activation spaces, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Managing registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Breaking down activation displays and loading them into a box truck.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Schedule is varied throughout the program, with most events occurring from Thursday through Sunday.
• Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times.
• Out-of-market travel opportunities are available, with per diem and lodging provided.
• Some manual labor is required for setup and tear-down.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Very comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with team and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

Compensation:

• Per diem, gas stipend, and lodging provided for out-of-market travel.

All applicants will be required to pass a background check. This background check will include, at a minimum: (i) national, state, and county (or equivalent) criminal record checks for all disclosed residential and employment addresses; and (ii) a prohibited parties search.
