About This Role

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as a Brand Ambassador | Sesh USA. This role involves supporting product audits and providing clerk education for one of our top clients, SESH USA. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative’s (SMR) primary function is to perform merchandising support and educate on the product line within an assigned territory.

You will be responsible for locating current product displays, assessing their effectiveness, evaluating inventory levels, and providing detailed education to clerks to optimize product sales. You will also offer insights to our client regarding opportunities to increase product distribution. The primary role of the SMR is to efficiently service all customers in adherence to Market Recon’s executional standards.

Ideal candidates are sociable, outgoing, and capable of working independently. This is a part-time position. The SMR must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory. Audits will take place from September 15 to October 7, 2025. A bonus is available for early completion! Compensation is dependent on location and will be discussed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage products and cultivate relationships with customer contacts for product sales at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new launches and price reductions.
  • Execute proper product rotation to ensure freshness.
  • Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, and enhance in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
  • Serve as a major contributor and leader within the peer group.
  • Maintain relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
