About This Role
One 11 Brands is seeking a dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassador to join our team. This is a part-time hourly role, beginning Monday, January 5th and continuing on-going. We are looking for individuals who can build meaningful consumer connections and drive awareness for our new product launches.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be on the front lines promoting One 11 Brands products and achieving activation goals. This will involve traveling to assigned retail locations within a designated area to build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell products, and execute sampling events. Responsibilities also include in-store retail support, event execution, sampling demos, and marketing/influencer support. You will act as an ambassador for our brands, leveraging social media and other tools to promote sales within the community.
Successful candidates will develop positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, who move with agility and intent to drive results. Regular communication with your direct manager and reporting results, photos, and feedback from all store visits are key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service
- High school diploma
- Personable with strong communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Tactical selling techniques
- Ability to work well within a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40 lbs
- Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle
- Fully Speak/Understand English
- Driver's License
