Fortune 50 Bobblehead Activation

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking dynamic Field Market Managers to lead an exciting consumer engagement program for a Fortune 50 insurance company. This initiative focuses on lead generation through a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation, running from May 1st through October 19th, 2025 across 20+ markets.

As a Field Market Manager, you will oversee an interactive experience where consumers receive a free competitive insurance quote in exchange for a customized bobblehead featuring their face. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided during program training.

This is a 1099 contractor position, requiring a commitment to events primarily scheduled Thursday through Sunday. Travel opportunities are available for out-of-market events, with per diem and lodging provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Efficiently set up activation spaces, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Manage consumer registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Coordinate the breakdown of activation displays and loading into box trucks.
• Market Management: Oversee truck management, general maintenance, and on-site event execution.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of three to four Field Market Staff, along with another Field Market Manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain and restock event supplies.
• Administrative Work: Complete event recaps, handle email/phone communications, and manage expense reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute to events in your home market and surrounding cities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with some manual labor for setup and tear down.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Exceptional consumer engagement skills.
• Strong communication skills for team and management interaction.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

Interviews will commence in January, involving two interview rounds, reference checks, and a background check.
