About This Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to support SESH USA in auditing products and educating clerks. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative (SMR) will perform merchandising support and product line education across an assigned route of stores.
Your primary responsibilities include locating and assessing product display effectiveness, evaluating inventory levels, and providing detailed education to clerks to optimize product sales. You will also provide valuable insights to our client regarding potential opportunities to increase distribution. The SMR's main objective is to service all customers safely and productively, adhering to Market Recon's executional standards.
Ideal candidates are sociable, outgoing, and able to work independently. This is a part-time position, and the SMR must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for territory travel.
- Manage products and cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts for product sales at assigned accounts.
- Identify current and ongoing product needs at accounts and proactively seek ways to increase sales.
- Monitor competitors' activities, including new launches and price reductions.
- Execute proper product rotation to ensure freshness.
- Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, enhancing in-store branding while delivering fresh products.
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
- Be a significant contributor and leader among your peer group.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Experience in sales and account management.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Schedule: Audits will take place September 15 - October 7, 2025. A BONUS IS AVAILABLE FOR EARLY COMPLETION!
Pay: Dependent on location, to be discussed during the interview process.
