About This Role

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassador for an exciting opportunity as a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Rootsy (k). This position is based at 1155 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, 15017, with campaign dates from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th. We may offer additional campaigns in your area in the future, and successful Brand Ambassadors will be considered for these opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may also be available. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for conducting engaging in-store demonstrations for Rootsy (k) and other brands. Your primary duties will include:
  • Representing Rootsy (k) and thoroughly understanding product details via brand website and provided training materials.
  • Setting up and maintaining a professional and clean demo area.
  • Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
  • Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining tidy, faced shelves.
  • Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
  • Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
  • Tracking expenses and accurately submitting them in demo reports.
  • Securely storing and maintaining demo kits/materials.
This is a self-scheduling position. You will be responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is specifically required. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities. Compensation for this role is $30/hour (1099 contractor). Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. There is no travel pay; however, product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. Key requirements for this role include:
  • Ability to call stores and confirm inventory.
  • Must provide your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand written directions.
  • Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
  • Strong responsiveness to emails.
  • Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the system.
  • Meticulous professionalism in writing demo reports.
  • Possession of reliable transportation.
  • Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
  • Being a self-motivated, independent, and proactive individual.
