Lily's In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and other exciting opportunities. This position is located at 11710 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego, California, 92128, with opportunities available between Sunday, December 14 and Saturday, February 28. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demos may also be available. We frequently have additional campaigns in your area and will consider you for future opportunities. Many demos require you to call stores to confirm inventory.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be paid $30/hour, paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by 9 AM EST on Mondays. Incomplete reports or those sent back for revision may delay payment. Please note, there is no travel pay, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position, meaning you are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is specifically required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools, depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Responsibilities include representing Lily's 2026 Q1 (k), learning product details via brand websites and training materials, setting up and maintaining a clean demo area, and keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools. You will be responsible for sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales. Additional duties include tracking inventory, tidying and facing shelves, submitting detailed and professional demo reports, dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines, tracking expenses and accurately submitting them in demo reports, and securely storing and maintaining demo kits/materials.
