GEM Health In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations. This position focuses on GEM Health (k) non-alcoholic beverages or food, with potential for future opportunities in your area.

The role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. Brand Ambassadors must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

Brand Ambassadors are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and setting up their own demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly may result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Must call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent GEM Health (k). Learn product details via the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain demo kits/materials.
