Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits, among other exciting opportunities. This contract position offers a dynamic role for individuals passionate about promoting natural products. This role will primarily cover 1560 South Riordan Ranch Street, Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001 with a campaign running from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th. While weekend availability is a must, some weekday demos may also be available. We frequently have additional campaigns in your area and will consider you for future opportunities. Compensation for this role is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Travel expenses are not covered, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Proper scheduling is crucial; failure to do so will result in inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct in-store demonstrations for Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits.
• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves to maintain product visibility.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.
• Accurately track and submit expenses within demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain demo kits and materials.

Requirements for this position include:

• Possession of your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions diligently.
• Proactive communication: Calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• Being self-motivated, independent, and proactive in your approach to work.
