GEM Health In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassador to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for GEM Health (k) and other exciting brands. This contract position offers a dynamic opportunity to represent innovative products and drive sales in a retail environment. This role will run from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th at 1560 South Riordan Ranch Street, Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001. We anticipate additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, and some weekday demos may also be available. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos. We empower our ambassadors with the flexibility to manage their schedules autonomously. Please note that we do not typically schedule demos for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is required. Proper scheduling is crucial for successful demo execution and timely payment. Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay provided
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent GEM Health (k), learning product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress.
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain demo kits and materials.

Requirements:

• Must possess a personal table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is provided and managed by us).
• Demonstrated responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Proven professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
