Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated Brand Ambassadors for in-store demos. This contract position focuses on non-alcoholic beverages and food, specifically Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits, with potential for future campaigns. This role requires weekend availability, with some weekday opportunities. The position is located in Yuma, Arizona, from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this independent role.

Compensation & Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Product reimbursements are added to your paycheck
• No travel pay
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn product details through brand websites and training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are stored at appropriate temperatures using correct tools
• Engage with customers, offer samples, educate on product benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for professional dress
• Track and accurately submit expenses in demo reports
• Securely store and maintain demo kits and materials

Requirements:

• Must provide own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required)
• Responsive to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
