TARI Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for TARI Sauce and other exciting products. Future opportunities in your area may also be available.

Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos potentially available.

Responsibilities include calling stores to confirm inventory and diligently preparing for demos.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments; reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Travel expenses are not reimbursed
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck

Self-Scheduling is Required:
This role demands proactive self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule may result in missed demo opportunities and non-payment, potentially impacting future engagements.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a personal demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket, or other relevant display tools configured to product specifications
• Strong ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
• Proven capability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which will be provided)
• Demonstrated responsiveness to email communications
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform
• Proficiency in writing detailed and professional demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Exhibit self-motivation, independence, and a proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Effectively represent TARI Sauce, gaining comprehensive product knowledge through the brand website and training materials
• Set up and maintain an immaculate demo area
• Maintain product samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) utilizing correct storage equipment
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Monitor inventory levels, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit comprehensive and professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire
• Accurately track and submit expenses within demo reports
• Securely store and maintain all demo kits and materials
