Moka Origins In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Moka Origins (K) and other natural brands. This is an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality products and engage with customers in a retail environment. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demos may also be available. We frequently have additional campaigns and opportunities in your area for strong performers.

Location: 1717 Pennsylvania 228, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, 16066

Demo Dates: Sunday, December 14 - Saturday, February 28

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck
• Please note: Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. No travel pay is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Moka Origins (K) by learning product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and professional demo area.
• Keep product samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress.
• Track expenses accurately and submit them in demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain demo kits and materials.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This position requires self-scheduling. You must proactively call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which we will manage).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
