About This Role
Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits and more! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week.
This is a 1099 contractor position with payment terms of $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment. Please note, no travel pay is provided; however, product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
This is a self-scheduling position. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand written directions.
- Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which we handle, is required).
- Responsiveness to emails.
- Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
- Professionalism in writing demo reports.
- Reliable transportation.
- Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
Event Details and Duties:
- Represent Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits. Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
- Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
- Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
- Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
- Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
- Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
- Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
- Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
- Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
The assignment period for this role is from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th.
