Mush In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Mush. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area. This role requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos possible. You will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will impact demo execution, payment, and future opportunities.

The pay rate is $30/hour (1099 contractor), paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Please note, there is no travel pay, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Applicants must possess:

• Their own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• The ability to read and understand written directions.
• The ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsive communication via email.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• A self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event duties include:

• Representing Mush and understanding product details through the brand website and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean demo area.
• Keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Tracking and accurately submitting expenses in demo reports.
