Lily's 2026 Q1 Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and more! Potential for additional campaigns in your area in the future. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Location: 32413 California 79, Temecula, California, 92592

Demo Dates: Sunday, December 14 – Saturday, February 28

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is required: You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) by learning product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
