GEM Health In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for GEM Health (k) and other natural brands. This is a contractor position, ideal for individuals looking for flexible work with opportunities for future campaigns in their area. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos possible.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing GEM Health (k). This includes learning product details from brand websites and training materials to effectively educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, ultimately driving sales. You will also be expected to set up and maintain a clean demo area, ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures using correct storage tools. Other duties involve tracking inventory, tidying and facing shelves, and submitting detailed, professional demo reports.

This position requires self-scheduling. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly may result in nonpayment and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Compensation and Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Key Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
• Must be willing to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing handles).
• Ability to track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
• Ability to store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
• Adherence to brand guidelines for appropriate dress.
