Lily's In-Store Tasting Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's 2026 Q1 non-alcoholic beverages or food products and other exciting opportunities.

This position is located at 4630 Palm Avenue, San Diego, California, 92154. The demo period runs from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th.

While weekend availability is generally required, some demo opportunities may be available during weekdays. We are always looking for talented individuals and may consider you for future campaigns in your area.

Responsibilities include:

• Calling stores to confirm product inventory.
• Representing Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) effectively by learning product details from brand websites and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying shelves, and facing products.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Accurately tracking and submitting expenses in demo reports.
• Securely storing and maintaining demo kits and materials.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Please note that incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment.
• Travel pay is not provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule properly may result in the inability to execute a demo, non-payment, and could negatively impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Capacity to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by us, is required).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
