Cleanery In-Store Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is hiring Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of non-alcoholic beverages or food products, including Cleanery (k). We are seeking motivated, self-starting individuals. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be offered.

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay rate of $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided.

This role requires self-scheduling. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except when a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly can result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Representing Cleanery (k) and other brands, learning product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean demo area.
• Keeping samples at appropriate temperatures using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed, professional demo reports, including accurate expense tracking.
• Adhering to brand guidelines for dress code.
• Storing and maintaining demo kits/materials securely.

Requirements for this role:

• Possession of a personal table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Strong professionalism in written demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Being self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
