Health-Ade In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Health-Ade and other natural brands. This is an exciting opportunity to represent non-alcoholic beverages or food products at retail locations. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may also be available in your area.

The position is located at 735 College Avenue, Kentfield, California, 94904. The demo period runs from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demos may also be available.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be compensated at $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; however, travel pay is not provided.

This role requires self-scheduling. You will be responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo times. Except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated (which we handle), Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you. Proper scheduling is crucial for successful demos, payment, and future opportunities.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Possession of your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which will be managed by us).
• Timely responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintaining professionalism when writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, independence, and a proactive approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing Health-Ade by thoroughly learning product details via brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dressing in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Tracking expenses and accurately submitting them in demo reports.
• Securely storing and maintaining demo kits and materials.
