Cleanery In-Store Food/Beverage Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Cleanery (k) and other exciting brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent innovative products in a retail environment.

This position is available from Sun, Dec 14 to Sat, Feb 28. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following:

• Representing Cleanery (k) and other brands with enthusiasm.
• Learning product details thoroughly via brand websites and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Tracking expenses and accurately submitting them in demo reports.
• Storing and maintaining demo kits/materials securely.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
