Lily's In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and more! This opportunity is located at 878 Eastlake Parkway, Chula Vista, California, 91914 and runs from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be paid $30/hr weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by 9 AM EST on Monday. Please note, incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck, but travel pay is not provided.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Representing Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and learning product details via the brand website and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean demo area.
• Keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling product, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Tracking expenses and accurately submitting them in demo reports.
• Storing and maintaining demo kits/materials securely.

Requirements for this role include:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
