BeanStalk Plant-Based Food Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for BeanStalk plant-based foods and other campaigns in your area.

Weekend availability is required, and some weekday demos may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent BeanStalk plant-based foods.
• Call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos.
• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.
• No travel pay.
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and setting up your demos. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.
