Health-Ade In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for outstanding non-alcoholic beverages and food products, including Health-Ade and more. Opportunities for additional campaigns in your area may become available in the future.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available. You will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Health-Ade and other natural brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Master product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an inviting and clean demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Engage customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Track expenses accurately and submit them in demo reports.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:
This position requires self-scheduling. You must call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions thoroughly.
• Capable of calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
