Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. We partner with natural brands and may have additional campaigns in your area for future opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Lily's Chocolates, educate customers on product details, ingredients, and health benefits, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include learning product information from brand websites and training materials, setting up and maintaining a clean demo area, and sampling products at appropriate temperatures. You will also track inventory, tidy shelves, and submit detailed, professional demo reports. Adherence to brand guidelines for dress code is expected.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Failure to schedule properly will impact your ability to execute demos, payment, and future opportunities. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck; no travel pay

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and either an ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which we handle, is required)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
