Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in non-alcoholic beverage or food sampling, with potential for future campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, and some weekday demos may also be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck
• No travel pay

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates, learning product details from brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demonstration area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This position requires self-scheduling. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing handles).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
