18 Chestnuts In-store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts, a non-alcoholic beverage or food product, at Whole Foods Market and other retail locations. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! There may be future campaigns in your area, and we would consider you for those opportunities. This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory. Payment for this 1099 contractor position is $30/hour, paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are issued on Fridays, with reports due by Monday at 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment. There is no travel pay. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. Key Requirements:

• Must provide your own table and black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Follow all food safety guidelines; comfort with cooking may be required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain demo kits and materials.
