Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

Availability: Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments (reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This role requires self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possession of a table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Contact stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in composing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates brand.
• Acquire product knowledge through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
