Equator Coffee In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Equator Coffee and other natural brands. If you're passionate about health, fitness, or natural products, we encourage you to apply!

We have ongoing campaigns and may offer additional opportunities in your area in the future. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports due Monday 9:00 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except when a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table and black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Must provide a sign holder, sample cups, and gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Be comfortable with cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
