18 Chestnuts Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts, a non-alcoholic beverage or food brand, at Whole Foods Market and other retail locations. If you have a passion for health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Both weekend and some weekday availability may be required. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory before demos. Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Requirements:

• Must have your own table and a black fabric tablecloth
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demonstration area
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Follow all food safety guidelines; comfortable cooking when required
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines
• Track and accurately submit expenses in demo reports
• Securely store and maintain demo kits/materials
