Leaf Home is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an on-going position starting Monday, December 8th. Position Summary:

The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Event Marketers within their designated district, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and leading the team to build brand awareness and generate sales leads. This role involves strategic resource planning, staff scheduling, and successful event execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow-up by sales representatives.
• Identify, schedule, and plan the event calendar for the team of Event Marketers within the assigned district.
• Manage budgeting and staffing requirements for identified local events.
• Attend and oversee the event marketing team at trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate new sales leads.
• Manage the setup and tear-down of event marketing materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to expand brand presence within the local market.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers, establishing accountability through defined Event Marketer goals and KPIs.
• Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications to ensure cohesiveness and transparency across the organization.
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate the performance and ROI of events.
• Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on established KPIs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Two or more years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
