The District Event Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Event Marketers. This role focuses on building brand awareness and generating sales leads throughout the designated district through resource planning, staff schedules, and successful event execution.

The District Event Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Event Marketers. This role focuses on building brand awareness and generating sales leads throughout the designated district through resource planning, staff schedules, and successful event execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up.
- Identify, schedule, and plan the event calendar for the Event Marketer team in the assigned district.
- Manage budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
- Attend and oversee the event marketing team at trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate new sales leads.
- Manage event marketing material and equipment setup and teardown.
- Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence within the local market.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers, establishing accountability through goals and KPIs.
- Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency.
- Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on established KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Management Experience: Two or more years in a managerial position.
- Skills: Strong recruiting and training skills, experience with large-scale budgeting and planning, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
