Lily's In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's and other non-alcoholic beverages or food products. Future opportunities in your area may also be available.

This position requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos possible. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demos, unless a scheduling portal is required, which we will manage. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Cleanery (k).
• Learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
