Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Mush! We are continuously expanding our campaigns, and successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for future opportunities in their area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available. Candidates must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory for scheduled demos. Adherence to food safety guidelines is essential, and a food handler permit may be required.

This is a self-scheduling position. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and arranging their demo schedules. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule demos may result in inability to execute the demonstration, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

• Payment Terms: $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments; reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements:

• Must possess own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which will be provided by Vibrance Marketing).
• Demonstrated responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in drafting and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Effectively represent the Mush! brand.
• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Maintain samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Accurately track expenses and submit them within demo reports.
