Lily's Chocolate Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. This role offers potential for future campaigns in your area. Though some weekday demos may be available, weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote Lily's Chocolates, learning product details from brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain an appealing and clean demo area, ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures with correct storage tools.
• Engage customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress professionally, adhering to brand guidelines.

Self-Scheduling is required: You will be responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule appropriately may result in inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities. Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as required by the product.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is required, which we will handle).
• Exhibit responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in your work.

Compensation & Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com.
• Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
