Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Tari Sauce, a non-alcoholic beverage or food product. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Tari Sauce. This includes learning product details via the brand website and training materials, setting up and maintaining a clean demo area, and keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools. You will sample the product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales. Additionally, you will track inventory, tidy and face shelves, and submit detailed, professional demo reports. Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines and track expenses, accurately submitting them in demo reports.

This is a self-scheduling position, meaning you must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Requirements

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Payment Terms

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.
