About This Role
The Event Host or Hostess for Events Per Se will serve as the primary guide for attendees during scheduled bar crawls, facilitating a seamless experience between guests and venue staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
- Confidently guide participants between venues, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
- Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the designated group leader for the bar crawl.
- Articulate that all guests displaying official wristbands are integral to the event and are granted complimentary entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue to inform all wristband holders of the transition to the subsequent location.
- Ensure the entire group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift: Once the group has successfully reached the final venue around 11:15/11:30 PM, the host has the option to depart or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
