Equator Coffee Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Equator Coffee and other exciting brands. This opportunity includes two demos at Whole Foods Market - Fresh Pond #10026 - 200 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Cambridge, MA 02138. The first demo is on October 5th at 11 AM, and the second is on October 11th at 11 AM. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must own and bring a table and a black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted).
• Must have a sign holder, sample cups, and gloves.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by us).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and actively drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
