Lily's Chocolates Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. We continuously have opportunities for Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food demos and may consider you for future campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments (reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck
• No travel pay
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Learn and articulate product details, ingredients, and health benefits from brand websites and training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Engage with customers, offer samples, educate on product benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports adhering to brand guidelines
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. We do NOT schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
