18 Chestnuts In-store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts, a non-alcoholic beverage or food product, at Whole Foods Market and other retail locations. This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. Brand Ambassadors must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos.

The compensation for this position is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are made weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements for this position include:

• Possession of your own table and a black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions thoroughly.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-scheduling demos.
• Responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash software or a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing detailed demo reports.
• Reliable transportation to various store locations.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• A self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event details and duties involve:

• Thoroughly learning product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Sampling products, educating customers on their benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves to maintain presentation standards.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports accurately.
• Strictly following all food safety guidelines, including comfort with cooking when required for demos.
• Dressing appropriately according to specific brand guidelines.
• Accurately tracking and submitting expenses within demo reports.
• Securely storing and maintaining demo kits and materials.
