About This Role
Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts, a non-alcoholic beverage or food brand, at Whole Foods Market and other retail locations. If you have a passion for health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may also be available. We require weekend availability, with some weekday demos possible. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:
- $30/hour (1099 contractor)
- Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
- Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment.
- No travel pay.
- Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
- Must have your own table and black fabric tablecloth.
- Ability to read and understand written directions.
- Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
- Responsiveness to emails.
- Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
- Professionalism in writing demo reports.
- Reliable transportation.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Learn product details via brand website and provided training materials.
- Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
- Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
- Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
- Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
- Follow food safety guidelines.
- Comfortable cooking when required.
- Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
- Track expenses and accurately submit expenses in demo reports.
- Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
