18 Chestnuts Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts at locations including Whole Foods Market. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply. We frequently have additional campaigns and may consider you for future opportunities in your area. This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be an option. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face of our brands, driving sales and educating customers on the benefits of our products. They create an exciting and informative experience for shoppers, ensuring product visibility and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing role and are eager to represent high-quality natural brands. Payment for this position is $30/hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. There is no travel pay, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess your own table and black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Maintain responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in managing your demo schedule and responsibilities.

The key event details and duties for this role include:

• Learning comprehensive product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Effectively sampling products, educating customers on their benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves to maintain presentation standards.
• Submitting detailed, professional demo reports on time.
• Following all food safety guidelines and being comfortable with cooking when required for product preparation.
• Dressing appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Tracking expenses accurately and submitting them within demo reports.
• Securely storing and maintaining demo kits and materials.
