As a Leaf Home Territory Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in educating potential customers about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will learn to identify homeowner challenges through quick home inspections conducted from the street, and how Leaf Home solutions can address these needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, engaging prospective customers door-to-door about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure a high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
